Her Excellency Mona Abdul Karim Al Yafei, Director of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, honored Sharjah Coop for its contribution to the “We are with you” initiative launched by Al Bataeh Municipality during the activities of its third folk festival.
This came during a ceremony honoring the entities, companies, sponsors and participants who provided material support to Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services and contributed to the success of the initiative. Where the amount of the support will be allocated as an endowment to finance the new buildings project for the city, to be a sustainable support and an uninterrupted wage for its sponsors.
Sharjah Coop had contributed an amount of 30,000 dirhams to the “We are with You” initiative, out of its commitment to social responsibility, and its keenness to provide continuous support to people of determination, and in appreciation of the noble effort made by the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services in serving and caring for this segment of society.
Her Excellency Mona Al Yafei accompanied the audience on a tour of the city's departments and schools, and introduced them to the educational and training services it provides to people of determination according to the best international practices.
The Director of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services thanked the Sharjah Coop for its continuous support, and called on various individuals and entities to exercise social responsibility, each according to his ability and capabilities, to provide the best and highest levels of service and care for people of determination.
