Sharjah Cooperative regulate a variety of health programs

Sharjah Cooperative Society organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Sharjah and the Medical Center of the teeth, health awareness campaign, which included a free check-ups for employees at the main office, high blood pressure and diabetes disease, and osteoporosis.

Also included campaign checks on dental health, and testing of smokers, they were among the campaign staff education on health practices, for the prevention of chronic diseases, and avoid getting them.

With an ongoing strategy to support blood transfusion state programs, and promote the principles of social responsibility, human values, patients in need of direction to the blood in surgical operations and sections of incidents in hospitals at the state level, Sharjah Cooperative Society organized a blood donation campaign, in cooperation with the Blood Transfusion Services and Research Center in Sharjah.

In the framework of Assembly was keen to raise the level of awareness about health problems and health education of life among staff pattern, organized an awareness lecture on “health and oral and dental care,” presented by Sunrise Medical Center, it was the work of a detailed explanation of the more unhealthy habits that affect the health of the mouth and teeth, the Center has also conducted free check-ups for employees.

Sharjah Cooperative Society hosted “Pink Caravan”, a campaign for early detection of breast cancer by the Ministry of Health, where he conducted a free check-ups for employees head office employees and branches, in collaboration with the Sharjah Family Health Center.

Tests were conducted on employees from the age of 35 years and older, and included osteoporosis, diabetes and high blood pressure disease, and screening on breast cancer using Almamurgram device.
