Sharjah Cooperative Signs Deal with Mentor Consultants to Develop its Administrative System

Sharjah Cooperative Society has signed a deal with Mentor Global Consultants, a prominent administrative consultancy for developing corporate systems, to aid Sharjah Cooperative to keep pace with future developments in tandem with the current growth taking place in Sharjah emirate in various fields.
This was announced at a press conference held today at Sharjah Cooperative’s Head Office and attended by HE Majid Al Jeneid, General Manager, Zied Hammami, DGM for Operations, Jassim Al Abdouli, Information Technology Department Manager, Emad Eldin Abdelkader, Administration Department Manager, Hilal Al Muharram, Operations Manager, and Malek Moubasher, Mentor Global Consultants’ Managing Director and his team.
Majid Al Jeneid expressed his most sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qassimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and to His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammad bin Sultan Al Qassimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, for their continual support for and follow up of Sharjah Cooperative.
Al Jeneid said: “Upon the directives of the board of directors, in line with the huge developments taking place and the ambitious plans for the future, a comprehensive administrative system will be developed for Sharjah Cooperative, by developing an organizational structure in accordance with a strategy for the Cooperative’s future, and through drawing a strategy for the human resources. A matrix of staff behavioral competencies will be developed at international standards, and staff performance management will be organized and their skills developed.”
Al Jeneid explained that Mentor Global Consultants was chosen after a researching different international companies for its pioneering work in administration consultancy and human resources consultancy, drawing strategies and developing management and administration structures.
On his part Malek Moubasher expressed his delight in collaborating with Sharjah Cooperative Society in activating its ambitious strategy forward and stressed that the Cooperative is going forward with big projects for the future that require developing administration and organizational structures and modernizing rules and regulations and work procedure to keep pace with state of the art international systems, in order to support its competitive edge and pioneering status in the retail business.
